Biography[]
In "Ask Skippy #10 - Washing Machine," Mr. Bubbles was seen in Skippy's bathtub while Skippy was singing "Mr. Bubbles" to him (a parody of "Rubber Duckie"). Then Skippy turned around and saw the viewers in the bathroom and then he started to ask them who let them in. Skippy stutters and says he could not believe he was singing and so on. Finally, Skippy tells the viewers he and Mr. Bubbles are friends.

Suddenly, Mr. Bubbles falls off the bathtub and crashes to the floor. Skippy then bends down and asks Mr. Bubbles if he's all right. Then Skippy turned around, looked at the viewer, and yelled, "STUPID!".
