McCain is slightly crazy, senile, neurotic, kindhearted, friendly, and dim-witted, the complete opposite of Barack Obama. He is afraid of dying because of his old age and is appreciative that he is not dead yet.

McCain is a white human-style puppet. He has googly eyes and a tuft of white hair. The inside of his mouth is black. McCain lacks visible legs since that is where his puppeteer's hand goes in to control him.

McCain often wears an old white shirt with a blue bow tie and a white vest with red stripes, but he is sometimes seen wearing just his white shirt.
